31 Day Challenge:Day 20-Water Marbel

Hey Doll Faces! welcome to my as always late 31 day challenge manicure, in honor of the month of October I decided to do a water marble with halloweeny colors. Purple, lime green, dark green and black. This color combo reminds me of Frankenstein no?. I must admit that throughout my whole time doing nails this is only the second time I water Marble. Yes if you know how to do it, it looks great but if you don't its a mess and then some. Some girls are extremely talented when it comes to water marbles  but I am not one of them lol. After my "hard work" I added 2 coats of top coat and what happens? the polish started to peel off like a sticker so please excuse me for the following pictures of this manicure :/

Polishes used
Wet N Wild Mega Last-On a trip (purple)
Wet N Wild- Black Creme
Sally Hansen-Green with envy (lime green)
Sally Hansen-Going Green
China Glaze-Fairy Dust (1 coat)

31 Day Challenge-Day 4:Color Green

Hello Everyone! sadly my summer came to a complete stop! I started school yesterday boooo! Lol however I must make time for my lovely blog :) today is Day 4 of the 31 Day Challenge and the color is Green! I really love various shades of green and my hubby's favorite color is green...... anyway today I present to you Essence-Snow White:Bashful. To make things Interesting I came up with the idea of making a snake or reptile pattern look which I'm not sure if it quite worked out.
I used China Glaze-Unpredictable to stamp on this pattern that looked like snake skin (Bundle Monster-215) it was more of a random stamping lol then I used the same pattern and stamped it in black. Idk I think I fell short today!

Polish Used:
Essence-Snow White:Bashful
Description: A forest green creme packed with gold shimmer! it is absolutely beautiful! I used 2 coats because it did drag just a little bit
China Glaze-Unpredictable (for stamping)
Wet n Wild-Black Creme ( for stamping)
-Stamp used-Bundle Monster 215
IRL this shade is just Slightly darker

What do you ladies think does this look
anything reptile like?

These Gals Sure rocked green a lot better than I Did!

anyways on to today's nails I decided to do a very bright manicure with geometrical shapes, take a look.

Polish Used:
China Glaze-I'm with the lifeguard(3 coats)

Re-fresh mint & Glitter tips

Hi Lovely Ladies, so lately I have been buying so much nail polish that I feel the need to change the color of my nails Daily! that's insane because I usually last at least 4 days with the same polish lol! On that note, Remember how I mentioned last Friday That I bought a few China Glaze Collections? I finally received my order earlier this week! The first one I tried is Re-Fresh mint From the Up & Away Collection....Now Lets Talk Formula,It was a little thick (does anyone who owns this polish have that problem?) Anyways, besides that I loved the color which is a light mint blue/green creme. In the pictures below I only needed two coats for complete opacity. As for the glitter Tips I used a mix of Jordana silver glitter,Milani Jewels Fx-Gold & Spoiled-Jewelry Heist

Trying Camouflage

Happy Easter To all who celebrate it! :)
For today instead of a Easter, pastel Manicure I went with something a little different that I have been wanting to try for a while now and that is Camouflage print. While on the web I came Across a Brand Called Comme-des-garcon.Their Logo is this heart shape with eyes. There I came across one of their t-shirts and loved it..Ill post a picture of it at the end...So yeah on to the manicure as background color I used Diamond Cosmetics-Cafe Au Lait A beautiful beige shimmer color that reminds me of coffee with cream (lol) The application was perfect I only needed two coats for complete coverage. For the print and the hearts I hand painted it using acrylic paints then topped it off with some Seche Vite.. I really love the way these came out :D

P.s ( do you guys mind the retro look on my pictures?)

Jaded

Hello bloggers! Wow the weather in NYC today is beautiful! Its gonna hit 76-80 degrees...summer in spring anyone? Lol anyways yesterday I entered a local beauty supply shop here in queens around my house, and came across these polishes called Soo Nails they retail for 1.99 does anyone own some? So anyways I picked up a few colors I did not own and immediately fell in love with this emerald, jade color it's gorgeous! named New Port. The formula of this polish was a dream to work with, and with just two coats, complete coverage! It dries matte but contains some shimmer...so I added a top coat and voila..perfection!
